ActiveServo Control Software: Step-by-Step Operation for Torque Control
ActiveServo is a specialized control software
program designed for examining the static and dynamic response of load
machines. It provides a straightforward environment for experimenting with
emulated work machines in conjunction with an active brake system.
1.
Press the
physical Run button located directly on the hardware servo test unit.
2.
Launch the
ActiveServo software on your connected PC interface.
3.
Navigate
to the control sidebar and select the Torque (or T-Control)
operating mode.
4.
Enter your
desired load setting in the torque setpoint box (typically scaled between 0.2
and 1.5 Nm for standard test procedures).
5.
Click the Apply
Value button to push the chosen setpoint to the controller.
6.
Click the Enable
button to fully engage the active brake and initiate the load simulation.
Accessing the Help Menu for More Information
1.
Locate the
top menu bar within the ActiveServo software interface.
2.
Click on Help.
3.
The LUCAS-NÜLLE
Help Viewer window will open on your screen.
4.
Use the
"Contents" sidebar on the left side of the window to navigate through
additional topics such as "Commands and Menus," "Load
Simulation," and "Operating modes
