 Six Pumps Three Tanks Control in Rockwell Software Studio 5000 



The idea of this project is to create a ladder logic program that is able to control the three-tank system consisting of 3 tanks which are automatically filled one by one and drained using RS Logix 5000 (Allen Bradley Software) and Factory Talk View (HMI Developing Software). Here, three tanks are being used namely- A, B and C. The logic used will be to initially drain the tanks completely and then fill them one by one. All the three tanks A, B and C are connected in a sequence. Firstly, the tank A will get filled up to 95% of its capacity. Then, tank B will get drained up to 5% of its capacity. Lastly, the tank C will get filled 95%. All tanks get drained only till 5% capacity and filled till 95% capacity only.
